A very positive first conversation followed by a site survey and an informative discussion on solar energy. I opted for a 4Kw array with a 10Kw battery pack. The solar panels, inverter and battery pack were delivered by courier to my property about a month later and a few days after that Callum turned up to install the panels on my garage roof and the remainder of the equipment inside the garage. They were very friendly and professional I soon had a fully operating system. That was in March 2022 and since then I have barely purchased any electricity from the national grid. The panels have provided 98% of my electrical needs and hot water. I pay my daily standing charge and a few pounds, by direct debit, each month to my supplier.

Callum did a fantastic job. He was punctual, kept us informed at all stages, was easily contactable and delivered an amazing product which is working well. Would highly recommend.

Callum installed our SolarEdge PV Panels this week. He has been incredibly helpful and conscientious. He answered all our ‘daft’ questions without hesitation and supported us as we tried to decide which package was best for us. The installation was swift and smooth and the system is now working brilliantly. We are watching our electricity bill fall instantly on our smart metre. Callum provided exceptional service and he was very helpful throughout the entire installation process. The solar panels are working flawlessly, and my energy bills have significantly decreased. I found it difficult to locate a local contractor and was recommended CalTech. Owner Callum was very professional and prompt in offering advice and a quote, and then a short lead time to installation. His scaffolders arrived on time ahead of the job and were quick and polite, erecting the high access kit. Callum and his team arrived the following day as planned, worked to a very high standard of safety (I’m ex-building trade) and with great efficiency. At each stage Callum explained what was happening and issues requiring to be overcome but the job progressed rapidly. By late afternoon of that day the panels were up on the roof, the inverter and wiring very neatly installed and the current flowing. Next morning Callum returned to sign off on the job, hand over a comprehensive customer information pack and check we were happy. We were! I can thoroughly recommend CalTech for a solar installation. They are knowledgeable, prompt, efficient and tidy and very polite and professional too!

CalTech was recommended to me, and Callum turned out to be very helpful and knowledgeable. He was patient with all my questions and explained things well. He gave verbal and written information to show the differences between various products which allowed me to decide what was best for my house and situation.
